We are a one woman team (for online) based in East London, South African. We are a physical clothing store that is now expanding to an online store that delivers nationwide. We mainly use Courier Guy Pudo box to pudo box. Courier guy delivers Cape Town, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Durban and anywhere in South Africa for as little as R50!

We do not offer additional wrapping paper, our orders come in a standard shipping box or courier bags.
\nPS: We do not include any prices or receipts in the order box, so you can gift it directly to the recipient as is to save on time and wrapping! NB: Just remember to add THEIR address and contact details for delivery, and use YOUR email address for the invoice. If you'd like us to include a hand-written note to the recepient in the box, please write this in the "Order Notes" box when you check out.
We are a physical clothing store and new to the online world. You can email or WhatsApp your order to us or you can simply add what you want to your cart and checkout when you are ready. You will need to give your contact details and address, choose a delivery option and then make payment in order to place your order
Yes, we would be happy to! Please enter what you want to say to your recipient in the "Order Notes" section of the cart when you checkout. We'll handwrite your message on one of our thank you cards and pop it in the box with your gifted goodies - ready to make someone's day when it arrives.
Sure thing! Once you have placed and paid for your order, simply hit "reply" on any of the emails we've sent you and request a tax invoice. If you would like your VAT number to appear on the invoice, please forward that as well.
1. Introduction
\nThank you for shopping at Sharon's Factory Shop. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.
\n2. Eligibility for Returns
\nIf your product is damaged, we will exchange it for you at our expense, if:
\nYou notify us within 7 days of your purchase;
\nIf a product was a sale item, no refunds or exchanges will be provided;
\nThe product in its original packaging;
\nThe product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
\nThe product must have a certain level of defect to be approved for replacement;
\nIf your product is in tip-top condition but you've changed your mind, or you want a different size or color - then we'll meet you halfway. You will have to return or deliver the product to us at your own expense.
\nWe will drop the product back at you at our expense. Furthermore, the same conditions apply, namely that you must notify us within 7 days of your purchase and the product must be in its original condition. If you want to exchange your package for a second time, you are responsible for the courier costs.
\nIf you do not wish to exchange the product, you will be requested to return the product to Sharon's Factory Shop at your own expense. Once the product is received and the product is unused, your payment will be refunded to you via EFT.

\n3. How to Initiate a Return
\nTo initiate a return, please follow these steps:
\nContact our Customer Support team at Sharonsfactorycandice@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
\nProvide the following information:
\n- Order number
\n- Reason for return
\n- Product name and quantity
\nOnce you receive the RA number, securely package the product along with a copy of the original invoice and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

\nCustomers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. We maintain a high standard for our products at Sharon's Factory Shop, we will not intentionally provide faulty items without providing a discount and/or informing you. Like a well-trained homing pigeon, Sharon's Factory Shop aims to deliver standard local orders to your door within 1-3 working days, if products are in stock. Please note that in exceptional situations the delivery may take longer. Courier costs depend on where you live, and are mostly between R60- R70. If your parcel's volumetric size is more than 20kg, the courier costs can be more than R70. Depending on whether the delivery address is a main centre. For any queries or if you have not received your tracking number, you can send an e-mail to Sharonsfactorycandice@gmail.com.
No problem! Simply enter any special delivery instructions into the "Order Notes" field in the cart and we will be sure to pass those on to our courier partner.
To keep courier prices low and fast, we make use of pudo box to pudo box by Courier Guy. This is the cheapest and fastest courier service in SA! If you would like to have courier deliver to your door, please let us know.
Oh yes of course! We are located at Malcomess Park Shopping Centre, Southernwood Spar next to Debonairs in East London. Family members or friends may pick up your order on your behalf.
Although we are a one woman team, I am only focused on serving the South African market. Our courier partners can deliver to your nearest pudo box or courier guy. Alternatively, for an additional price they can deliver your order to your door anywhere in South Africa.
We are based in the Easteen Cape and keep stock of all the items on our site in our own physical walk-in store. We do not use drop-shippers from overseas. This means that we can ship your order as soon as it's received - there's no waiting around for items to be delivered from overseas!

\nPlease note, however, that our courier partners are independent from us, so we have no direct control over them. In a lot of cases, the couriers will get in touch with you directly to sort the problem out (which is quicker).
Oh no! We take great care to pack orders as securely as possible, but the couriers are sometimes not as careful as they should be. Please notify us within 24 hours of collecting your parcel. If something is broken in transit we will gladly refund you or replace the item.
